"Ok, this about today's (April 27, 2024,) event at County Market in Chatham, Illinois. They are cooking up sandwich RIBEYES that are almost twice as big as the buns they're are served on! Just look at the picture. I hadn't planned on eating here, but when I saw the signs, I had to try one. There are two items I track down at the State Fair and that's a pork tenderloin sandwich and this one, A Ribeye sandwich. They also include your choice of a NA beverage, chips and condiments - and as mine was the first sandwich off the grill, it was hot and cooked the way I love it. I added lettuce, a side of excellent pickle slices and the biggest, ripest slice of tomato I have seen in a long, long time. Then I added their Steak Sauce, and while not Country Bob's, it added just the right touch of flavor to an excellent steak. Now, I don't know what it costs anymore at the State Fair but here, today it's SIX DOLLARS PLUS TAX of 46 cents or so. That's right, SIX DOLLARS and I am so glad I dropped by there and waited for this steak lunch. They are serving from 10 AM to 4 PM. Thank you to the staff at this County Market!"
